Account, profile, and sign-in
Sign in to drawDB with email, Google, or GitHub; troubleshoot verification codes; and manage your Pro profile.
drawDB supports passwordless email codes, Google, and GitHub. The same account can belong to personal and team workspaces.
Sign in with email
- Open the account menu and select Sign in.
- Enter your email and select Continue with email.
- Enter the six-digit numeric code from the message.
The form submits automatically when all six digits are entered. Use Use a different email to restart with another address.
The Resend code action becomes available after 60 seconds. A newly requested code replaces the previous active code.
Verification-code limits
Codes expire and stop working after repeated incorrect attempts. If a code is expired or exhausted, request a new one. Authentication requests are also rate-limited, so wait before retrying repeatedly.
Sign in with Google or GitHub
Select Continue with Google or Continue with GitHub on the sign-in page. The provider account must supply a verified email address. GitHub sign-in specifically needs a verified primary email.
If the provider reports an expired or invalid sign-in link, return to drawDB and begin the sign-in flow again.
Complete onboarding
New users may be asked about their role, institution, intended use, and how they found drawDB. These questions personalize the experience and can be skipped.
If you selected a Team plan, drawDB asks you to name a team before opening its workspace.
Open account settings
In the editor, select your avatar and then Manage account. The Settings dialog contains:
- Account: profile, plan summary, and log out
- Teams: workspaces, members, invitations, and roles
- API keys: integration credentials
- Integrations: MCP setup entry point
- Community: drawDB community and support links
- Billing: plan and subscription controls, when you are allowed to manage them
Update your profile
In Settings → Account:
- Edit Display name and move focus away from the field to save it.
- Review the account email. It cannot currently be edited from this screen.
- Select the avatar pencil to manage the image through Gravatar.
- Review the current plan and open Billing when available.
- Select Log out to end the browser session.
Your display name and profile color are used in team lists and collaboration presence.
Common sign-in problems

| The email did not arrive | Check spam, confirm the address, wait for the resend timer, then request a new code. |
| The code is incorrect or expired | Request a new code; only the latest active code should be used. |
| Too many attempts | Wait before requesting or verifying another code. |
| GitHub has no verified primary email | Verify a primary email in GitHub or use another sign-in method. |
| The OAuth link expired | Restart sign-in from drawDB instead of reusing the old callback URL. |
| An invite opens the wrong account | Log in with the exact email address that received the invitation. |
